Overcome Your Public Speaking Anxiety and Challenges
Most people experience states of anxiety when presenting in front of others.
Where does this come from and how can it be overcome? How can we make our message stick?
Our Critical Learning Path© analysis has led us to 4 key dimensions:
MINDSET
Understanding the importance of these skills. Being aware of the potential biases that hold us back. The identity of a speaker.
SPeAKer
How well do you know yourself as a speaker, with both your strengths and vulnerabilities acquired over the years?
AUDIENCE
How well do you know your audience? Who are they, what do they know and feel about the topic? What are their expectations?
METHOD
Many speakers lack a well-defined plan and pre-event rehearsals. This often results in increased levels of anxiety.
Develop a Solid Foundation as a Speaker and Then Build on It Through Practice
Most of the courses we've encountered focus on the external aspects of speaking. The internet is full of quick tips and partial solutions. This program is designed to provide you with a solid foundation as a speaker and a safe space to prepare and grow.
Throughout the program, you will practice with a real presentation of your choice, one that you are planning to deliver at work, at an event, or in front of friends.

Within each of us lies the potential to become a skilled, if not remarkable, public speaker. Through self-discovery, discipline, and practice, we can unearth and refine this inherent capability.

You'll understand how our brains work as speakers and which buttons to push to facilitate the desired impact. You'll document and validate your strengths and vulnerabilities.

FOLLOW-UP PRACTICE
These are on-demand additional practice and support sessions organized around particular types of public speaking challenges or engaging themes. Here are just some examples; other variations are possible.
THE COMPLEXITY GAME
Practicing with presentations of complex, highly technical, and/or voluminous topics. Exercising different strategies of simplification and helping the audience relate to the information.
emotional rollercoaster
Practicing with public speaking objectives requiring significant emotional impact: motivational speeches, generating acceptance towards a difficult change, convincing people to act and sustain something.
DROP THE MIC BATTLE
Friendly public speaking competition organised between departments or organizations to spice up practice and generate more engagement. It facilitates the development of a public speaking culture.
It is very rare to meet an audience that judges you more harshly than you judge yourself. Development as a speaker is a process
that begins with giving yourself the space to make mistakes, to
correct them, and to "embarrass" yourself.
